if you do that you might think about tincturing your herbs and mixing the tincture with CO, making sure to keep the alcohol content to a minimum. as for the glut, i dont think this is needed every day anyway. once a week with a glut and b12 shot can really be a boost. and again, long term use doesnt ring true. good treatment though. works like gangbusters.
