part of the reason i am interested in suppositories is to avoid paraphenalia and things to preapre and clean, etc.

that way i could do it every morning, quick and easy. as opposed to getting things out, cleaning them, filling them, prepping myself, perfroming the function, cleaning things again, etc.

suppositories are just a quick thing.

but you have a point about water. i might try a coconut oil base. we will see.
