I just wanted to say congrats on your 20 day fast so far, quite an accomplishment!

I can relate to cooking for the family, and cleaning the house like a mad woman, lol!

There is something about cleaning your body, and wanting to clean up the rest of your life as well. I find I do a lot of "cleaning up" it might be household, or in the summer my yard. I also tend to tackle other jobs I had procrastinated on, like closets and junk drawers.
