i got readings in the 95's a couple of times. if youre dead i had rigor mortis.

the herbs help, the iodine is essential, but it mainly takes time for the body to get full function back. lots of processes depend on iodine. getting good fats is also necessary.

mercury and fluoride hot housing a major candida infection - thats what killed my metabolism. got rid of those things and it slowly started coming back. when iodine came along, it sent my recovery into overdrive.

youre probably killing some yeast. got cloudy urine after a big dose of KI?
