I changed my article and my posts to say to be sure that you are only getting Nigella sativa and noted that sometimes the names are confused.  That should surely be sufficient.  Since sometimes black caraway is actually used for N. sativa that should also work to keep people from turning away from a genuine black cumin item.

I really do not think I could make it any plainer, but perhaps I will come up with an even better revision and warning.
