It's great this is brought up. I'm on antidepressants. I want to get off of coarse but I do get depressed when I stop taking them. So I was thinking after a while of making dietary changes I would wean myself off. Right now I'm on fasting day 3, I don't know if I should keep taking them while I fast. I'm thinking of fasting maybe a week. Should I wean myself off them now that I'm fasting or wait a few weeks after dietary changes?
