Thanks for the information from your experimentation with the spray. I have a bottle of the same spray. I take one shot up each nostril and snort the heck out of it so it won't drip out. You may be on to something with using a neti pot before taking the spray. Pick your nose later on in the day after you've shot the b12 of your nose and you'll see a lot of B12 red residue in the mucous.
I'll try the neti pot to clear a path and report back.
