Thanks for the reply. Really. YOu were bad off. How long did you feel this way for?
What all did you take to help you?
I have eating super for 8 months straight now. No Sugar or simple carbs what so ever. I eat 4 meals a day, mainly consisting of fresh vegetables, lean protein, moderate complex carbs ( whole fiber grains ) and small amounts of fruit. I have to be carefull of the nuts, as many contain, argine, which tends to make my herpes outbreak, outbreak.
All I am doing now is very basic. 1,000mg. pantothinic acid day, 2,300mg. vit. C day. Some liquid trace minerals, along with magnesium. I am not a phone patient of Dr. Lam. He let me go.
