If you've had chicken pox before zapping can "trigger" the virus and activate it. When using a Herpes Zoster (chicken pox) Rife program you need to do it for a long time or it may set off an out break.

At the first signs of an outbreak you should take a cayenne pepper capsule and a large amount of L-Lysine as in the link below. Zapping is also recommended.
