Hi Paulette,

My naturopath has me on two items which he "makes" himself. One is a detox tea and the other is Para-Gone. During this liver cleanse, he wants me to take 8 droppersfull of the Para-Gone a day!

Do you have any suggestions for decongesting the sinuses? My nose is sooooo blocked today I cannot smell a thing.

Anyway, I'm waiting for more toilet surprises!!!
