I made a mistake. I am using a half teaspoon instead of a teaspoon. So I am taking half as much of what I said in my original post, one half teaspoon of epsom salt and one teaspoon of calcium carbonate.

Is one half teaspoon of epsom salt still too much?

Do it make a difference whether you take the epsom once a day or with every meal?
