I am just sick over this. Did you see the thread in the Politics Forum I listed a link showing we are in an area already ravished with prior war problems.

Is there anything we can do to protect ourself. I mean like the articles say, it is in the water, the soil and the air. So do we just only eat foreign foods or do we give up water. Do fruits who have skins protect us better such as an orange compared to a apple? The people here are extremely poor and we are ravished already with high rates of cancers and strokes.

I appreciate any info or help you can give.
