On the McCombs Plan, I find that feeding candida and eliminating it tends to be ineffective. The creal may have sugar added, but then the cereal itself is a simple carbohydrate, and thus a sugar itself, so you end up getting more sugar than just what the label states. Starting the day with protein helps to balance blood sugar levels throughout the day. Starting the day with simple carbs and sugar can play havoc with your body's tissues, hormones, and systems.
