the virgin coconut oil detox recipe sounds very similar to the classic lemon juice olive oil liver flush, except that you are taking a couple tablespoons of the oil every two hours instead of drinking half a cup of it at once to cause a huge dump

still, i would not want to take that much coconut oil, even every two hours, as much less seems to give me a crampy sensation in my right side, which does not happen with olive oil, even when i drink half a cup of it

this tells me that olive oil is much easier on your liver than coconut oil
my observations may not be applicable to others, however
we all have to find our own personal path to vibrant health
we all have our own special needs
