hmmm. i never considered coconut for a liver flush. i think it is really meant to attack yeast and specific viruses. i do know that it is useless to attack the yeast without iodine.

i have done the 3 day flush a few times and have seen a clearing in my skin as well as reduced bloat in my stomach. but, i already take iodine and do not eat yeasty or sugary foods often.

there's a lot of info about what coconut oil is good for at the coconut oil forum.
