I previously used ocean magnesium oils before, but  just recently started using the Ancient Minerals brand of magnesium oil, based on Dr. Mark Sircus's recommendation.  What a HUGE difference.  Ancient Minerals feels heavenly when it touches the skin.  I also spray a couple times in my water a few times per day and drink it, which also seems to be making a difference in my health.
