hi. sorry the reply is so late. i have tried to do the flush past 3 days but i get really weak. here is a link to more info.

i only take water and the lemon juice & iodine while flushing. a lot of people have sever nausea and diarrhea. i have not experienced that. i have been very constipated by it and when i finished the 3 days, i took epsom salts. i saw a lot of flukes. also, i take a lot of psyllium and green juice the days before the flush.

i don't know exactly what it's doing internally per se but i feel much better afterwards.
