i was so upset.... i was looking foword to it all but what can u do.i was sure that it would help...hey last question .... when you do the sinuse rince is your head tillted to the floor of is it straight like a normal stance?

i realy want to try it again...my bottle takes 240 ml
n when i was doing it i firstly boiled wother..then left it too cool of 98% so its just a little warm....n then i do the rest....my plan is to leave it for 3 days and then try rincing with one drop of cse n no salt...what do u think..my sence of smell is almost all back.so yeah
Another thing ... did u here of a Colloidal Silver
