That's good..Lugol's really really messed me up.

Just some additional advise... your recovery would benefit greatly by addressing your emotional self as well by using methods like EFT, EMDR or the biotuner BT 7. Also Magnesium Oil (which is no doubt depleted)spraying and or bathing daily will help a lot. Take care of yourself. ( :
