Yes, I know it is. My deep gut feeling and because I've been though this before, but not as bad as this, and I recoverd in 6 months.
All the same, going on 8 months now, with not much progress ( a little) I am seeing a specialist ( I spent hours upon hours researching and calling many doctors within a 100 mile radious of where I live, to find one that is very knowledged and in treatment of adrenal exhaustion, that is a real M.D. and also uses complimentary-naturopathic medicine. And, I found one! Just the fact that I've had low blood Sugar attacks and my hypoglycemia has gotten worse, is a clear indication that I am not putting out much cortisol, this is the hormone that helps keep blood Sugar levels in norms.
