yes I believe Mouseclick did use fasting primarily for weightloss, but I think with other add-on benefits to coincide with that.

He thoroughly researched his subject if you care to explore his postal history.
Mouseclick followed a strict diet regimen post-fasts with a distinct liking for apples if my memory serves me correctly.

"So ppl on the Water Fast for weightloss arent"? doing the above.
Unless they give an account as to what they plan to do or are actually doing, who knows?
Aside from the ill-effects of a potential ED, this is a TRANSPARENCY issue.............nothing more and nothing less.
