yes!! I have 2 humififiers, live in the frozen mid-west, and live in a non toxic household because of my immune system...I do drink lots of water, green alkaline beverages, and hot tea. I am having a hard time going out this winter as I get weak and then need to rest even more if I push too hard. thank you for any more ideas.
