i like this blend

peppermint, lemon grass, raspberry leaf, nettle leaf


its mild but medicinal, and very tasty. you can add some green tea to it if you like. i get my herbs from Mountain Rose Herbs. they have a tea blend called '5th Chakra Blend' that i love, very yummy.
