My hair is quite long, but I haven't used conditioner for a while. After I wash my hair I pour diluted ACV on my hair and scalp, and leave it on it, don't rinse it. That makes my scalp healthy and my hair very shiny. :-))
You can also use it, if you haven't found a good natural shampoo yet and using the regular, since the ACV neutralizes the shampoo that might be left on your hair/sculp. And don't be concerned of the smell, it goes away!
