Doeas anyone has any experience using Cabbage juice/Fermented veggie(Cabbage) to take care or impacts on IBS/LGS.I have both for a long time with lot of Gas.So I am wondering will it help me anyway.Looks like many people with digetstive problem got a good help.I will appreciate any feedback
