I agree about the carrot juice but in limited amts but small amount of beet juice is recomended as it can be deadly. I posted a thread before on that one. I juice carrots and Celery everyday and add in one small beet. I add any veggies I have in the frig also.

Budwig suggested carrot and beet juice but the news now is that too much beet juice is hazardous and should be limited.
