Yesterday I spoke with a friend out West who has assisted folks in using Bloodroot for 38 years. She suggested mixing the Bloodroot powder with vegetable glycerin and a bit of water and letting it sit overnight.

She said that this will enable a person to ingest the Bloodroot in digestive peace without having to resort to going on a high-fat "heavy diet."
