My diet is good (lots of vegetables, some fruit like apples, bluberries, dried apricots and prunes, sprouted grain bread, olive oil, nuts, seeds, some plain yogurt, some eggs, chicken and fish, mostly all is organic, drink only pure water, sometimes red wine when I go out, no Sugar at all...). This mucus is a direct result of juice consumption, not from my diet, because it happens as I am drinking the juice, the reaction is immediate and obvious.
