does the fact that I ended the fast by eating unhealthy reverse all of the benefits from the 36 hours of not eating?

it's going to be hard for me to last for more than a few days at this point. Every night i'll have to make up an excuse as to why I'm not eating dinner. Plus I play hockey for my school and have practices and games 6 days a week. I'm afraid if I fast i'll pass out on the ice.
