Iodine is not only great for your body it is also great for your mind. It is the only supplement that I have found that works on FBD. This has been fantastic as a cure for my own FBD, and as a cure for all the stress and worry about breast cancer. I was told by my ex doctor that there was nothing that i could do about the FBD and that I was high risk to develop Breast Cancer as my Mother died of Breast Cancer at the age of 48. I felt totally powerless to fight this problem, I felt as though I was in for a life time of breast checks and mammagrams and fear over developing this problem. I didn't want to live like that so decided to do my own research which ultimately brought me here to this forum.

Now, not only is my FBD dissappearing by the day and many other health problems are clearing up, but, I now have a real sense of peace and know that I don't have to live in the constant state of fear and anxiety worrying about developing breast cancer. I am more aware of my body and of my state of health, but less anxious.

This is how Iodine can be good for your mind !!!!!!!!
