I was reading ingredients in a couple of things my daughter bought while she was here...

Did you know, that Sodium Aluminosilicate is in powdered coffee creamer? And in Hot chocolate mixes?

And, I remember Newport mentioning how having a fast food burger, with a slice of processed cheese on it- also is a source of aluminum.
