I'd say that this is my worst shingles outbreak. The pain seems a little better today. Yesterday it was 70 degrees here in Colorado (go figure), so I laid out in the sun. Today is supposed to be a repeat, so I will do it again. This should also help with my psoriasis.

This morning (Day 14) was my lowest 24-hour weight loss -- just a half pound. Strange since I was very active yesterday. I'm sure that the amount of weight lost will vary from day to day and probably average out to 1/day.
