cabbage sprouts have some of the same cancer fighting properties that broccoli sprouts have.

they believe its the 'indole-3-carbinol' in the broccoli that fights cancer and all the cruciferous vegetables contain that compound including broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts, and kale.

red cabbage sprouts are my favorite.
