DAY 4: feeling pretty good, a little tired but hey. im kinda wondering when the detox kicks in because my tongue is not coated and i dont really feel to bad right now. am i wrong in assuming that detox kicks in the first 3 days? weight has been i guess normal for what your supposed to lose..i started at 198.5 and have lost around 10 lbs. well off to watch a movie ill check in later today if anything changes.
