You will never know the truth about UT until you try it.

You won't try it until you need it.

You won't need it until you have a real health problem.

When you have a health problem, debating is useless.

To find out if UT can help you, you will have to DO it.

Thus, UT is reserved for the ones who trully need it.
And for the few others who are broad-minded enough to experiment just for the heck of it.
