I do need to try that 7 day liver cleanse you did, Sara. Telly - did you check that out? I know you're a fan of Dr. Sutter - how does Sara's 7-day liver cleanse compare to ones you've done? He does a prolonged liver cleanse as well, right?

I love Jessesmom - she and Newport have the most informed discussions. Last quarter of the year of 08, I learned everything I could about Iodine, sski, halides, IP6 and the like. I've got a dozen people in this neighborhood on the whole protocol. I feel like I got that one under my belt (always more to learn) but I'm back onto killing these buggers.

I've had some interesting symptoms lately. I have these little eruptions that happen in different parts of my body after I lay down at night. It sounds like (bare with me here) boom!, paff!, boom!...wait for it...boom!, paff!, boom! - in another part of the body.

Parts of the body: under the back left rib, under the right knee, right ankle, lower left QL (side of your thigh)...it's the strangest thing. But - the pattern makes me think my blood is either cleansing stuffs, or they've got their walkie talkies back out and it's time to wipe 'em out with a big ol stink bomb. :)
