Hi mo123

I think Re/Mineralization is very important. I learned it while trying to find things to improve my health while stumbling on the AskMoreless pH balance forum at curezone.

PH balance is something you don't care about until you have health problems that are more obvioulsy associated with it. Simply google “pH+Arthritis”, “pH+Gout” or “pH+Cancer” to have an idea of what I am talking about.

From the article you pasted in your post
--BEGINNING OF QUOTE--
“The ancient Hindus as well as many other ancient peoples understood the profoundly important substances hidden in stone. These magical substances, found in our rocks and then subsequently in the soil, which are then absorbed by our plants and ultimately wind up in us, are known as minerals.”
--END OF QUOTE--

So while waiting several weeks for the future articles why don't I suggest to you and the readers of this forum to take a look at the curezone's AskMoreless Acid/Alkaline ph Balance where it is all about establishing proper pH through re/mineralisation from plant sourecs (Blackstrap mollasses, kelp, vegetable broth ...) and alkalizing protocols? All the necessary info has been there for years and free. No product sold there.

And because this forum is Sara's Soup Kitchen why not start with the Broth/Soup?

But because we most probably don’t have the best quality food, let’s learn about NPN (Non-protein Nitrogen), i.e. incomplete proteins in vegetables that create excess nitrogen when eaten and digested.

More about NPNs

One solution to reduce NPN from veggies
Soak vegetables in diluted solution of peroxide hydrogen

Two other solutions to reduce NPN;
1) making broths and
2) using refractometer to better select produces. http://www.curezone.com/forums/search.asp?q=refractometer&f=740

Cheers and Good Reading
PS Doesn't beauty come from within?
