Have both windows open, the one with the picture and the one where you are going to post it.So if you are going to post in a forum have the new post page open,
You will see like 2 firefox (if you have firefox) at the bottom
Go to picture, left click over picture and you will see a shadow image of the pix, now drag image to where it says 2 firefox and hopefully you will see both the names of both windows, drag the image over the window you want to place it in and that window will open, then release in the window
