I just got my F165 so I'm a Newbie at this. I've been used to using a Zapper, so I have one basic question:

How many minutes at a time is a Rife session or does it even matter?

If your first starting and you have Lyme, you should only go about 3 minutes in case you have a severe herx.

Since you have already been zapping you should be able to go as long as you like. Their shouldn't be much difference between the f165 and a zapper. Unless you know what pathogen your infected with and have a frequency to destroy it.

I don't like to go much over half an hour. Other people go over and hour.
