Hi,

I to have the same symptoms and have done everything that you have mentioned as well. The only difference is that I have added flax seed oil to my diet and try to drink lots of water.

I have noticed *some* improvement, but am still looking for a *cure* There are days when my eyes feel great, but days where they are consistently red and sore.

It would be nice to get an active discussion going with others, I'm sure there is lots of things others could share.
