Can I ask you if you have had numbing of the lips. If so You are definately hyperventilating. Tingling of the fingers can be caused by other things such as an underactive thyroid, but it sounds more likly to be stress. You could try taking some asperin next time you have the pain.

To put you mind totaly at rest you should go to your doctor.
