Hi, You could safely do a juice drink liver cleanse that my naturopath gave to me to do when I still had amalgams. He said it would not bring out any more mercury but help eliminate the load I had already, he said do it fresh every day. Juice 1 beet, 1 lemon, 1 cucumber, add 2 T cold pressed olive oil, drink immediately and every day. Sometimes I would cut each in half and use half per day and save the rest for the next day. It will take away a headache sometimes.
