This is wierd and it has happened before but not with this much severity. I noticed loss of breath for the last week and then two days ago I could feel something catching under my left breast and it is painful. I could barely make it home yesterday. Today I am a little better but still problems. I am worried from the lack of breath.

So today I went walking to see if it is something I need to do and was ok and a little tired and sure enough a couple hours later the pain comes again. So did I pull a muscle or is this something I need to check.
