I have just within the last 6 months developed very tender breasts. At first it was only before my period, now it is happening at other times away from my period. It is hard to wear a bra or sleep on my sides, it just hurts alot. What could this be? I am 37 years old and have been off the pill for 4 years. Anyone else have this?
