i"m on the same road as you, i"m not a smoker and have had this for a month. i too have the same problem with my cycles and have cists. i"m suppose to see my dr this week for a follow up. my gift is expected this week too. i cant feel the string but i do feel it inside ( cramping, sharp pains). i"m keeping my hopes up.
