Thanks for sharing your adventure sounds like you were destined to be there in more ways than one! I have been following MH's forum for a couple years now and taking his herbal preparations that have improved my health.

It's a bonus to have your wisdom added to the mix. I too am fasting on Orange Juice, today being Day 17, and will be throughout your time there! It's helpful to know there are others on the healing path. I've noticed the "longevity spice" is a great addition to my fast with the cold temps here in the Pacific NW...maybe it will help you too?

In the closing of your post you mention how everyone has freewill in regards to their health. I appreciate this way of thinking because like you my partner's health could use some improvement but then who am I to say? It's a touchy subject because the loving is what makes me want the best for him. It seems the best way is to just be an example and stick with my path for now.
