A chihuahua and sheep herding dog are the same species just as all humans are the same species. But to say they are the same is silly.

A 6'4" watusi doesnt think he is the same as a 4'9" pygmy.

3 million times times 50 years = 150 million , if they have 4 babies for each female and the female babies in 20 years have 4 children you end up with 1050 million, or 1.05 billion plus the original population.

2 immigrants have 4 children

4 children in twenty years have 8 children

the 2 becomes 14 in less than 50 years. (2 x 7)

150 million immigrants x 7 = 1050 million
