The Budwig diet in its simple implementation is cold pressed flaxseed oil mixed with cottage cheese or Kefir. Some people just pour flaxseed oil over cottage cheese and eat it..which is not the best way. It is recommended to use a blender and mix the cottage cheese with the flaxseed oil so that the two are thoroughly mixed. Also it includes the elimination of refined Sugar and meat from the diet.
