Hello everyone, I am new here, though I have been reading everyone's posts for quite some time now. I am a big advocate of fasting as well as natural hygiene. I have always wanted to post but well I'm a bit of a procrastinator unfortunately, that and I get so wrapped up in reading everyone else's experiences. I have done several water fasts, my longest being 21 days. The reason I finally decided to post is because my brother called me up recently to tell me of his 10 Water Fast and then continued to tell me about the fried shrimp he was eating, yea I know! He's not very into natural healing so I wouldn't expect him to know any better and was actually surprised to hear he lasted 10 days. Anyways, I have never had any experiences with refeeding in such a manner so although I know it's very bad for you, I wanted to see if anyone has had any thoughts on the matter. He feels fine, but after I lectured him on it he made me promise to go and find out the effects it could have on him and how dangerous it was. Does anyone know?
