Hi Doc and all!
So I've never been to a chiro, but I went to my first one yesterday. He started out by assessing me, then did a somewhat painful deep tissue massage, and ended with a few adjustments (including the upper cervical).
Well I haven't had a spell of vertigo since then, but it's only been 24 hours so I'm not going to speak of being cured yet. However, I did have some bizarre feelings after -- I went for a short run and when I returned, I had the most pleasant "hot" feeling swirling around from my neck to my feet. I also went to bed at about 10:30 and slept like a baby until just now (with great dreams).
Anyway, I'm excited to see if the headaches are permanently gone. I've booked another appointment for next Friday. Oh and I should mention that I'm not as pale as before too!
It's so exciting discovering these kinds of things. Hopefully it's a permanent fix!
Thanks for your advice Doc.
:)
